Myrmex Non-Profit Corporation River Hills is a 177-unit assisted living community that offers neighborhood living for active seniors. Each suite is equipped with a Magic-Pak unit to meet individual heating and cooling needs. Separate suite metering and billing is not required as gas distribution is provided by a bulk-metered system.
St. Joseph Estates St. Joseph Estates is a two phase Luxury Senior’s Condominium. Magic-Pak units are installed in an equipment closet located off the living room and provide both economical natural gas heating and DX cooling in a packaged through-the-wall unit. The air conditioning component is a sealed removable chassis that allows for service outside of the tenant’s suite. Gas pipingis manifolded to allow for future gas stoves, fireplaces, and other gas appliances.
Grosvenor House Tower Grosvenor House (23 stories, 404 suites) and Grosvenor Tower (22 stories, 227 suites) are high-rise, ultra-luxury condominiums located in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. Magic-Pak “PWC” through-the-wall heat pump units are installed in a mechanical closet located on the balcony of each suite. The architect incorporated the units by mounting them perpendicular to the building facade. The mechanical closet serves as a pier, framing the balcony of each suite, with the access door facing onto the balcony and the grille facing the opposite direction. In this way, the heating and cooling units remain unobtrusive while providing ready access for service.
Empress Plaza Empress Plaza is a 22 story high-rise luxury condominium. The Magic-Pak packaged heating and cooling unit is located in an equipment closet on an exterior wall. Gas distribution is provided via welded vertical mains running through stacked suites. Each suite is individually metered with the meter set located in the equipment closet. Meters are read through a remote metering system and billed directly to the tenant, along with the rental of the gas fired Magic-Pak unit itself.
University Village University Village is designed for comfortable, convenient campus living. The 199-unit, four story building uses Magic-Pak HWC units for individually controlled heating and air conditioning systems. The HWC unit is one of the many unique features that makes University Village a great place for students to live.
Creekside Creekside is a 200-unit premiere apartment community that combines suburban living with the flair of a luxury apartment. Magic-Pak units are installed in each suite for individual control of the heating and air conditioning system to permit personal comfort for all tenants.
Summerhouse SummerHouse is a 72-unit community specializing in luxurious senior living. Magic-Pak units are installed in the utility closet of each suite, giving the tenant complete control of their central heating and air conditioning system.
